A faith-based education instills confidence
As they grow, your children will come to believe in themselves and their capabilities. We treat every child as an individual with unique gifts and we teach them to welcome every challenge with strength, faith and confidence.
A faith-based education promotes responsibility
Supporting the values you teach at home, we help your children develop a strong sense of self, a profound understanding of the difference between what is right and what is not, and an unmistakable Christian sense of personal accountability.
A faith-based education encourages participation
The ability to pitch in, to take part, to become an itegral part of a greater effort is key to success as a student and as an adult. Helping your children build strong and honest relationships through participation with others is an important lesson. At New Era Christian School all of our students participate in all school activities: including music, band, plays and athletics. We welcome your involvement in the ongoing education of your children through all of the activities.
A faith-based education fosters leadership
In our classrooms and our chapels, on our stages, courts and fields of play, we provide the challenges that help your children develop the independence and confidence to stand alone, and the ability to contribute equally well within the dynamics of a team.
A faith-based education developes sense of community
Those involved with New Era Christian School truly feel they are part of a family. This relationship is created as we share in Christian community and function as the body of Christ. In addition to class time, our children spend time together during recess, chapel and other special activities that allow younger and older children to interact and care for one another. In addition, these lessons your children learn don't stop at the edge of the schoolyard. Our students are well aware of, and participate in serving the needs of, the greater community. Finding ways to care, to share and to take positive steps to help others is an important lesson and a vital part of our educational process.
A faith-based education encourages stewardship
New Era Christian School helps your children develop a full appreciation for the gifts God provides, and an equally intense desire to share them whenever they are needed. Our teachers understand this important principal and pass it on to your children. The students, in turn, bring their unique talents to be developed and shared with their classmates and their community.
